After beating normal as orc sawbutcher, i think that was realy easy. Maybe that class is OPie, or/and content not so hard like in vanilla, i'm decided to try an insane difficulty.

And what i can tell, insane in that run wasn't a big problem. Maybe like nightmare classic campain.

Final fight was not so simple, because boss burn my sustains by entropy(17 turns for example). Even "amazing unstoppable force salve" doesn't completely negates nasty detrimental effects. The other was simple: healing by The Twisted Blade, reduce damage by Subcutaneous Metallisation, Saw Wheels around boss, and 20k life goes down pretty fast.

Salves for injectings counts as items, therefore they can't be autoused.
