There are probably numerous ways I could improve my build, which really speaks to how powerful Wardens are.
For those unfamiliar with the class, a quick rundown:
THE GOOD STUFF:
Just plain STUPID damage capability, in large part a result of...
High speed and multiplied attacks which lead to lots of chances for procs, which lead to...
Tons of debuffs due to Weapon Manifold
Unparalleled mobility, between Dimension Step, Blink Blade, Wormhole, and Thread Walk
Effective at all ranges
Automatically gets a nice artifact bow around midway through the game, which will help carry you for several levels
Flexibility in build because they rely only on 2 stats (Magic and Dexterity)
2 ways to remove debuffs
THE BAD STUFF:
Limited static defense. If you get hit, you get hit hard. They do get Time Shield, which is awesome but requires a category point
Needs two sets of weapons for full capability, so equipment dependent
No inherent Armor Penetration, so can struggle against high Armor enemies
The disadvantages of the class are all easy to build around. My dead Wardens (and there were many) generally didn't die by being worn down, but by one or two big hits at a moment that my shields were down, or an errant Blink Blade put me in the wrong place.
I grew to appreciate Windblade in a big, BIG way. Hit that button and everything dies.
As far as I recall, Cauterize never triggered.
Generally, my fights against anything meaningful went something like this: Time Stop. Rod of Annulment if I was close enough. Arrow Echoes. Move away. Shoot arrow really quickly. When bow talents were on cooldown, Blink Blade toward a group, then Windblade. Wipe the gore off my robe.
So now I've gotten my two favorites classes (Warden and Paradox Mage) through Nightmare Roguelike. Maybe Oozie next?

Congrats! I haven't played the class since 1.3 beta so I can't really comment on your build, but I'm been meaning to do a TW run. I'll probably look at your character for reference.
