So here is my first winning character.

After plenty of attempts I managed to get this guy through. The earlie game is maybe the hardest part of it all. When you reach dreadfell things should be a cake walk. In the end this little guy can hit for 10k with a single flurry. Killing nearly everything with a single hit!
A few things that might be worth mentioning:
Stat allocation:
STR: In the earlie game try to rais Str high enough to get to the cruicial talents. (Arcane Destruction)
MAG: In the meantime always rais Mag as high as possible. (First thing to max for me)
DEX: Try to get to roughly 20 dex so you can learn Flurry! (Very importan)
WIL: Spend enough willpower to have as many useful sustainables and still have around 150-200 mana to spare
CUN: Put all the points in here that are left over, maxing it as the second stat
Con: Dont put many points in here, only to reach thick hide talent lvl 4!. Your shields and heals and damage mitigation should keep you alife
In the end it might look something like this:
Strength 83 (base 32)
Dexterity 83 (base 34)
Constitution 59 (base 17)
Magic 104 (base 60)
Willpower 70 (base 30)
Cunning 124 (base 60)
Class Point Allocation:
The main dmg dealing skill should be lighning. It gives high dmg out put and is the only one which inflicts direct dmg. Good for burst damage later on with high Arcane Combat Proc chances! You dont want to wait for the fire damage to inflict damage!
Put 1 point into Rush. Its going to be harsh but its possible. Try to look for items with rushing claws talent grant or hook. Later on you wont need a good rush because Step up will yield you enough mobility!
Max Arcane combat, Arcane feed and Arcane destruction as earlie as possible.
Unlock dual techniques tree asap with you first categorie point! Spend only 2 points in the beginning. One in dual strike and one in flurry. Should work fine!
Next go for maxing backstab. You already have two stunning skills make the most use out of it.
Afterwards you should have relativly high Spellpower making Innepower a strong talent. Try to max it next.
Next unlock Battle Tactics tree and max Greater Weapon focus, Stepup, and True Grit.
At last you migh concider maxing both fiery and shock hands!
Generic point allocation.
Go for Arcane reconstitution early on. Followed up by pumping points into armour and accuracy.
Try to get teleport as earlie as possible to have a solid escape mechanism
Unlock Celestial / Light and go all the way to proviance. Spend only 1 point in heal, bath of light and barrier and 4 points in proviance so you have the maximum duration. The 5th lvl only increases the amount of heal.
Now go for the core talent, the reason people take dwarfs. Power is Money. As you might have noticed detrimental effect start to get more and more so you have to compensate it. Put all your free point into it, starting at lvl 16.
Now start to max Aegis Tree further. Ending up at 5/5/5/1 or something similar
Spare points can go into Celestial / Light tree.
Categorie points.
You will get 4 categorie points. 3 from leveling and 1 from Wyrm bile. Spend them on Dual techniques, Battle tactics, Celestial/Light and spend the last point in increasing your arcane combat tree!
Prodigy.
The First prodigy should be Temporal Form. Not only does it have some nice deffensive aspects but also giving you a bit off offensive power! Immunities, Teleport, Resistance, Increased Dmg what else do you want?
The second prodigy is free to chose. I went for Eye of the tiger because my damage and my defenses were very solid. My physical and spell critchances were around 75% giving me nearly every turn a cd back.
In the end it didnt worth it because if you build your AB as I did you are going to one or two-shoot nearly every boss. No need to decrease your cooldowns if you have killed everything super fast!
Weapons.
Try to find weapons with on hit. Like Spellblaze and Wintertide. Your main DMG will come from arcane combat, and onhit procs!
Infusions.
Since you spend all your categorie points you have to stick with 3 infusions.
Early on stick to manasurge and a good wild infusion and replace the regeneration with a good heal.
When you have reached your first lvl of Arcane feed replace manasurge with a good shielding rune!
When you reached lvl 4 in providence replace the wild infusion with a strong heroic infusion!
Have fun!
And see you ingame.
