[b42] Cornac Berserker

My second winner and extremely fun to play especially later.
I always thought berserkers were bulwarks with less defense (looking at my account i never played them o.O).
Although i did my best to make that char fail like somehow managing to get only 4 infusion slots and no teleport or movement infusion and putting more than 1 point in death blow and putting 5 in shattering impact which i used twice and getting daunting presence to 5 ... i should just stop here ^^.
If i hadnt mismanaged the category points so badly i prob would have only died twice.
First death was bill and then i managed to rush at a seemingly lone mage in the dark crypt who (surprise!) was in a room with ~10 other mages. I also died twice in the necromancer bastion (which made me invest in battle call) and once fighting against the summoner orcs i got killed hitting an obscenely powerful shield of light (or whatever the one that damages in a burst after a while is called).

The reason why i still managed to win is that the berserker has a few awesome talents i kept relying on all the time.

Stunning blow stuns far longer than its cd is which made any boss not immune to it cannonfodder and those that were almost always could get confused with warshout.

Battle call is very useful for dealing with the mage prides since you can get them all within range and then daze them for 5 turns with mortal terror and death dance. Also elites generally didnt attack once their comrades were next to me since they couldnt see how doomed those were (:

Bloodbath provides really useful healing and stamina regen. I think the duration of the effect also got increased as i leveled it. Later with healing mod i got ~60 regen per turn without the extra from Vitality. (Thats before i managed to get that amulet made)
Since i had a lot of health it usually was safe to wait until i got below 50% to get the extra healing mod from Vitality which helped a lot during pitched battles.

Unflinching resolve was really useful for getting rid of blind pins etc which is usually stuff i wouldnt risk using an infusion on cause i keep thinking a worse effect will turn up next round (x
Especially because i had to save up the wild infusion for the disarming effect that every single major demon will spam.

And finally the combo of unstoppable and adrenaline surge. Adrenaline surge on its own was awesome since i ran out of stamina regularly before getting the stamina talents.
Later i got so much stamina regen that i had to spam death blow to keep it low and kept adrenaline surge as a last resort since it allowed me to use unstoppable anytime i wanted.
Unstoppable saved me many times since i didnt have any escape options. If you kill even just one enemy and use a regen infusion just before it ends its generally safe to use.

Although i lacked any means to flee i finally managed to get the cooldown of rush down to 2 which transformed me into a berserk ninja capable of killing mages before they did too much damage.

Mortal terror was mainly useful for dazing teleporting or mobile mobs to prevent them from escaping and proved useful when i got swarmed.

Blinding speed also was useful for quickly dealing lots of damage once i got in a good position.

The master was pretty easy though i managed to get totally surrounded by his minions for a while.
During the ambush there was enough fodder to keep bloodbath going even with the lower crit chance i had then so it didnt prove much of a threat.

I failed to make the charred scar run in time because i used a weapon with fire damage and had nothing to speed me up.

The boss battle was pretty easy although i didnt manage to get a single unenchanted amulet for limmir (whom i saved after savescumming about 3 times because the demons kept ignoring me).
Btw for saving limmir i had a pair of boots that granted demon telepathy.
I first went after the healer because his immunities were lower and berserkers heal better than they deal damage. (at least mine since i got lucky with infusions)
Also i didnt close a single portal because i didnt see the need for it and walking over to them would have taken too long.
After that i made the amulet and went to the golem graveyard to suicide this char and to see how hard it was.
I heard so much about how hard he is that i was pretty surprised to see him without any confusion immunity at all and only partly stun resistant. The reflected damage was easily manageable and i had him almost permanently stunned or confused.

After spectacularly failing to suicide i went back to the unopened room of death and lured the dragons to the next door.
Dealing with 2-3 was no problem since they couldnt kill me in a round thanks to my high health and resistances. Unstoppable helped when i managed to get into los of the 4 in the middle.
They also werent confusion immune (:

I never intended to win with this guy which was the reason i made him a cornac. (x
