Scar III just entered Reknor and is hoping he'll get more luck than his grandfather, Scar I, the rogue, dying miserably to an Orc Leader in the first Pride he faced.
So far he's doing fine, had some issues in the early game not finding good weapons, but he managed to loot Moon AND Star from some random meanies in the ruined dungeon, and so far they've been quite useful, but the shiny voratun is starting to show up, so I expect some swap soon.
Statwise it has been a bit chaotic, coming from a rogue heritage I spent a lot of points in early cunning, until I started pumping magic to get the new skills. Then I focused in dexterity to pump dual-wielding and dual-defense. Alternatively I spent some points into con to get some health points. And now I'm pumping wil to get enough mana to give Essence of speed some use. But so far it has been rewarding, in what I spend is what I get, and I don't feel my choices have been that bad, considering it's my second shadowblade.
It's kind of weird that the Shadow magic tree won't scale directly out of cun, but I suppose it works through spellpower and making use of shadow cunning, but well, I hope I can start focusing on it later on.
