I was running with a Regen infusion, a Wild infusion, and a Sun infusion (cooldown 6, radius 8 -- I found that one early, and I used it constantly, lighting up practically the entire dungeon every level). Then later, I added a Shielding rune, and I think I might have possibly added a fifth one... Strength or something... I can't remember.
