The entire universe wanted her dead. Her first run-in with the forces of Chaos was in the Mark of the Spellblaze. She was killed by a Curse of Vulnerability, raised by the Blood of Life, and then taken out of the physical plane to the Demon Plane, at which point the entire flow of Time was brought to a halt. An intervention was required (kill -9), restoring the universe to the point before she entered the Spellblaze. She did not go back in.
Her next encounter with Chaos was in Reknor, upon activating the Orb. The entire universe exploded (core dump), and only the Hand Of Darkgod Himself was able to reinstate the cosmos.
She was then able to reach the Far East. She avoided the orc patrols as much as possible, running around the entire continent if necessary. One by one, the bosses fell -- the hungry spider, Vor, her own Shade, etc. With all four Pride bosses down, she returned to Aeryn, who sent her back to the 'shroom pride. On the way there, she ran into TWO orc patrols, and was unable to avoid the second one. This cost her the Blood of Life.
Then, going back into the 'shroom pride, she died a second time. Surrounded and simply worn down by too many monsters from too many directions, in the very first chamber (before she could clear a safe zone and set up a Jumpgate). She wasn't wearing the ring, so... that was it.
Reviewing the dump, I think I should've swapped out Vargh for an onyx ring, or a quartz ring. Having 100% stun resistance instead of 85% might have been enough to save me, and I wasn't using Vargh's tidal wave. (I guess I should've used it....) Even higher stats might've been enough, but that's less likely.
I'm still not sure what the best combination of runes/infusions is, so I'm sure there was room for improvement there. I was packing two Regeneration, one Wild, one Vision, and one Controlled Phase Door.
