It was fun. 4 out of 6 deaths were tentacle-related(should stop touching tentacles in the forest). Used an item vault to give myself a bow and arrows, they carried me through the midgame, but later I bought a randart bow with 66% phys dmg and 108% phys penetration, which basically made the rest of the game a cakewalk. Managed to die once to some kind of damage reflection on luminous horrors(no idea what happened, I just Volleyed a bunch of them and instantly died, the logs showed that each of them hit me for about 1-2k phys damage) and once to some demons from a portal(the logs showed that I damaged myself through bleeding for some dumb amount).
Failed to save Aeryn, because I had no way to dispel Elandar's 143% speed sustain and it took some time to take him down, with him kiting me to a far corner and healing himself once or twice. Argoniel was able to actually make me use a healing salve and was really annoying with her Spine of the World and general refusal to die quickly.
Archers are dumb and OP.

Re: First insane win
If you have cults, then searing horrors grant damage reflection to themselves and all surrounding enemies every few turns. This is incredibly poorly communicated and is hardcoded into the creature definition instead of being a proper talent so it's impossible to know that they can do that beforehand. No idea what happened with the demon portal.

Re: First insane win
seems legit. Never happened against regular lumies, but there was another case where I got a ton of dmg reflected back at me, non-lethal in this case, and the seering one was around. Sucks if it's hardcoded, didn't really find any indication of this thing when I inspected the seering horror. Is there any kind of effect I should look out for or is this effect completely invisible and it's better to refrain from high damage aoe near them?
Re: First insane win
IIRC there is an effect for it, but it has a really confusing name so it's hard to notice.
