Well, I went with Shadow Ambush, which will help me as I move forward without Shadow Veil for the next ~10 levels. I didn't feel comfortable with getting Essence of Speed yet and while Movement/Heal would help me they are not crucial components of my combo so can weight.
I am not sure about what Ring to use. I am also starting to get Device Mastery as I currently have a Bleed, Shield, Heal and am thinking about a second Heal (and Rush) from items.
I am not sure if Ambuscade is useful (with/without See The Threads).?

Died (second time recently?) on Tempest peak. 
I think I probably needed to back off earlier (usual case) and maybe to have had the 7 turn heal instead of the Heroism.
I also have Heroism and Rune of Reflection on auto-cast which is probably a mistake.
