Any advice to help me make it further next time is greatly appreciated. Saddened that I spent nearly a week on this character only to die to a unique on the final level. Still, I made it the furthest I have yet. The only other character to make it even close to this was a Dwarf Bulwark I had that made it to 49 and died in the slime tunnels I believe... Or vor armory, I can't remember.
Don't know how people can do insane/nightmare rogue like difficulty this game is unforgiving when you got multiple lives let alone one.

Hrm, well you probably just got unlucky if you died in the High Peak.
I'm not overly familiar with Solipsist, but I can't see anything majorly bad with your character. Maybe you just needed to spend a few more points into defensive talents.
Mental Tyranny probably didn't do that much for you, since you weren't focussed on mind damage.
I also notice that you had Arcanum and a warding torque, but I can't see Ward in the active effects list. Not sure what your resistances were like since the dump appears to be broken, but being able to block a couple of physical or darkness attacks with Ward would be useful.

I've cleared several solipsists on roguelike, and here are my suggested changes to your setup:
Mindstart Mastery: 5/1/3/1 - this is a must. Not only does your mindpower get boosted (you should aim for 100 in mindpower), but and stats on mindstars gets boosted as well. with two artifact mindstars, your dmg and stats would be heaps higher. and the extra WIL = extra PSI, which is vital. Drop Harmony, it is not needed with solipsists
Fungus: once ancestral life > 100%, you can hit regen infusion for instant cast, so boost that, and wild growth.
Feedback: 5/2/5/2 - you have this back to front (1/4/1/4). the crucial talents are 1 and 3 not 2 and 4.
Dream Prison - a phenomenal talent, work out how to use it
. reduce dream walk to 3-4 to do this
Sleep: boost from 4 to 5, to reduce CD by one. This is bread and butter talent, so the extra cd is worth it.
Slumber: 1/1/5/3-5: Sandman is incredibly synergistic with nightmare tree and sleep, and slumber applies sleep with a higher mindpower power than sleep and nightmare, so it is great against bosses, even at 1. dreamscape is possibly the most powerful talent in the whole class, and gets you out of heaps of trouble. go into dreamscape, use sleep and nightmare and THEN use dream prison - nothing happens while you restock, heal and cd talents
. personally, I'd drop distortion and take slumber.
nightmare: 5/5/5/5 - what you want with sleep talents is duration, so first talent take to 4-5.
solipsism: aha - the trickiest talents to use in the whole game just about. timing is everything here - you don't take the talents until you are ready (enough psi), and it is best to collect 8-9 talents points and then take clarity and dismissal in one hit, to counteract the penalty.
Prodigy: take something other than bloodspring
EQ: only two artifacts? u need to use more artifacts, esp soilipsist ones
but the big problem in your EQ, is your mindstars don't form a set. the bonuses are incredible at high levels - 100% stun resist for example
massive stat boosts, psi regen, etc.

To add on to that a little bit, wouldn't it be possible to save a talent point and leave thoughtforms at 4? The last point only increases the stats of your thoughtforms by a tiny bit, I doubt this is really worth the talent point.
