Sakura the Cornac Berzerker

Finally!! After many MANY tries (and many early deaths in Trollmire), I finally managed to defeat Nightmare with my berzerker Sakura (no not named after the Naruto character, I live in Japan, and cherry blossom (sakura) season is just around the corner!)

I went Cornac because I wanted the early cat point for the extra infusion/rune, plus, I like having some early levels (thanks to no exp penalty) to deal with some of the sticky situations Nightmare seems to throw you in. I didn't go AM because I picked up Stone Alchemy early, also, I wanted to be able to use Blighted Maul.

With regards to infusions, I ended up rocking Movement, Heroism, Regen, Wild (magic/phys) and Shielding rune. My prodigies were Crafty Hands (2 extra imbues!) and Draconic Body (saved me many a time through slime tunnels/high peak).

My gear was ridiculous at the end. Made the last fight tolerable. Still had to blow everything I had, including a VERY lucky psychoport (big risk which put me behind a pillar). I didn't close any portals.

I was out of lives at the end ^^

Now I am going to go and fight (and probably die to) Atamathon.
