Mod used: zTome

So zTome makes the game a lot shorter, which helps a lot if you're prone to death by boredom in the late game.

Halflings are really nice if you want something durable (almost as good a life rating as dwarves) with a decent exp gain. Plus Luck of the Small Folk is awesome if you plan to go with the Eye of the Tiger prodigy.

I went with acid infusion since I prefer the front-loaded damage over fire's burning, and blinding is nice if it kicks in. Also, there's few acid immune enemies (zTome even removes wretchlings), although there was one notable boss fight where I had to fall back on fire.

Did the standard alchie thing and maxed Alchemist Protection, then Explosion expert. Bomb damage: massive. One-shotted everything that wasn't a boss. Then I got Eye of the Tiger, and with Eden's Guile giving me +60% speed and the Halfling racial 100% crit rate, I could bomb effectively every second round. I picked up Fire Alchemy for Body of Fire (MOAR CRITS) although with the cooldown reduction being capped at one per round it didn't matter much and most fights were over before the missiles had a chance to arrive.

Picked up the spyglass thingy at one point, really useful to eliminate surprises and one-shot stuff around corners.

Changed into a spellbinding set (Zemmeky's Hourglass for the amulet, spellbinding boots and a spellbinding pick) for the sanctum fight, bringing bomb cooldown from 4 to 3.

Sadly I never found the Black Robe, that would have made this build even more fun.
Ghoul never existed, this never happened!
