After playing for a fair while and dying a LOT, I finally won! I'd previously played a couple of solipsists and quite liked the class but didn't get that far and wasn't sure how to develop it, but I started this game yesterday and just went from strength to strength.
Having fast levelling as a yeek is amazing, and solipsists seem pretty ridiculously powerful, I'd got to the east a few times before but always struggled and died, this time I found most of the game easy, despite never having done a lot of it and not being too clued in on solipsists beforehand.

I maxed Mind Sear asap and used it throughout the game, the short cooldown and high (beam) damage meant it was always useful. Unlocked Nightmare tree at level 10, used the other three cat points for two infusions and Fungus. Inner demons was really good against single tough opponents like bosses, for most smaller fights mind sear was fine on its own, but towards the end in the prides I used the Distortion tree heavily, distortion bolt on a distorted target became my hardest hitting talent, doing better damage than everything else with a decent AoE.
Getting hurt was rarely a problem; the art of killing things really fast, Antimagic Shield, Dismissal, decent defences and (maybe? was never really sure how much I was getting healed by it) feedback healing meant I didn't really need to use my regen infusions in small fights and I still wouldn't take any damage.
Antimagic worked great for me, since no Solipsist talents use equilibrium and once I had the 3rd Fungus talent regen infusions reduce that anyway! I actually don't think I used Aura of Silence or Mana Clash even once, but Resolve and Antimagic Shield alone were so, so worth it.
