My Build: This character was largely based on maximizing bomb damage ASAP. I picked up the three first bomb talents relatively early and then maxed out the Acid Infusion, which was my element of choice. I chose Higher so I could get Born into Magic and its very useful +15% to elemental damage, and it turned out to be more or less as useful as I hoped it would be. It did feel a little underwhelming though, as it was really the only major benefit the race provided. Before this character I did not really think too highly of Alchemists, that changed once I got the bombs up and running.
Starting in the T2s, I could do 600 damage or so on a good crit, and that, for me, was pretty good. However, once I rolled into the endgame, and picked up some spell crit gear (most notably a pair of double war branded gauntlets with +80% crit multiplier and +40% spell crit), as well as more acid damage boosts. So, ultimately, I was doing some 3000 acid damage on a good crit, and from the Prides on, I had 100% spell crit chance, so essentially every bomb was a good crit. That was... pretty absurd. I had also picked up Celestial/Light with my level 36 cat point, and that helped a lot with... everything, really.
I also threw Body of Fire into my lategame combo for free damage and MP in conjunction with Tarelion's. The Robe of the Archmage also helped in making Body of Fire usable by bumping up regen. I actually probably could have gone spell-proc in the late game with Telos Top/Blood Drinker/Black Robe/Firey Choker, but that just seemed like a good way to kill my golem very quickly. Sorry for every Anorithil player out there, I really stole all your crit and proc gear.

Highlights: I'm not really sure if I can think of anything that interesting from this run. Most of it consisted of me throwing bombs at people from as far away as humanly possible and then running away before throwing more bombs. I did manage to save Melinda (turns out massive bomb radius really helps with killing the cultists), and I died one midgame death to the Grand Corruptor, thinking, "Well, if I killed all those corruptors, he couldn't be that bad." That would have been the case if Fearscape wasn't so incredibly nasty. I was also lucky enough to have both Caldera and the Oozemancer lair show up, I had not yet unlocked either. (Still need to do Caldera, actually, didn't want to jeopardize my run.)
I don't have many interesting moments from the endgame, honestly. The only time of real excitement I had would be the final fight. The first thing I did was close all the portals, and that worked out pretty well, except I was pinned in the top left corner by Elandar, and going one-on-one with Elandar is, lets say, rather painful. I died one time, and I was wondering if I had to close all the portals again, but thankfully that was not the case. This time I tried to finish him off with my golem (the last time I fought him, the golem died pretty quickly), and I did almost kill him... and then I died again, much of it due to his annoying spell-stun chaining. Thankfully the next time around I realized that fighting Elandar would not be very productive, so I catapulted myself the room to where Argoniel was, and tag-teamed him with Aeryn and my golem, which brought him down relatively quickly. Then the three of us turned our attention to Elandar, and thankfully this meant that I was not the target of all of those spells. So with that I was able to take him down, and finish the game!
After this, I think I'll unlock solipsist. The dreams sound... unfun, but I think I'll deal with them.
