Lessons:
1. Celestial light as escort award is great investment
2. Getting 100% spell critical does not require Shalore racial talent, as equipment gets you there with cunning and blood fury easily
3. Shalore corruptors will end with 1200 HP or so, but uniques dish this out regularly per turn, even with good resists, so in my view game is unbalanced currently. Much of the pleasure in getting to high levels is undermined by this, as so much effort has to go into survivability.
4. Corruptors can dish out huge damage, killing most non uniques in 1-2 turns. This makes them lots of fun.
5. Corruptors are easy in early game, tough in middle game, easy in final game (I tore through 4 prides), but in high peak the uniques are often just way too difficult. They resist most effects, and even with curses they can be too hard to stop.
I might try corruptor built around armor, high hit points, and resists.
