Just out of curiosity, what writing on the wall is there thus far in terms of the, apparently recently upgraded to Beta from last year's Alpha, forthcoming 5.2 Lua? I would imagine it could have some interesting impacts not unlike if a new level of OpenGL opened up...faster/better doings...etc...
Thoughts?

None since I won't upgrade 
It's not supposed to be faster anyway, but it breaks a few mechanisms T4 depends upon and it would be hell to change it

Haha, well that answers that! Perhaps it'll wind up hashed out in such a way as to mitigate some of that by the time it gets out of Beta, otherwise T-Engine rolls onward as it does!
