Help with screen settings

Whenever I open the T-engine, it expands to the point that I cannot find the controls. I know they're in there somewhere, because I can see just enough that when I use cmd-Q, I get part of the closing dialogue box, but any controls, including resolution, are off-screen and inaccessable.
