115 Arena : Enemies die at the same moment

I'm a Halfling acher.When I enter the Derth(Southeast) to do the quest "The agent of arena"?I uses my movement inscription to get closer to the monster.Then I uses Steady shoot which crits and kills the first monster before he could act.Then the strange thing happens,the following monsters are also killed and I finished the task.Is it a bug?
