Anti-magic error?

Hi --

I have this Adventurer class anti-magic type who is a follower of Zigur. I just reached Level 30 and tried to get the Spell Feedback prodigy but it says I first need to know anti-magic.

It also says I can get the meteor prodigy but I don't remember seeing it.

Am I doing something wrong here?
