TE4.org character vault search box bug?

Hopefully this is the proper place to post this i'm not even sure it's a bug but when I go to te4.org/characters-vault and type the name of a char OR username into the search box it will not find that char (I've tried it plenty of times and re-checked the spelling and even case but to no avail), and even if I input the rest of the specifics (I.E. name: Azeroth, race: Dwarf, class: Wyrmic, level: 27 to 27, difficulty: normal, campaign: Maj'Eyal, version: 33) it will not bring up ANY chars. Now is this a bug or does the name box just not have a use implemented yet? Seems to me that it shouldn't make searches come up blank if you type in the name EXACTLY how it is spelled, case sensitive and all.
