Fairly small thing. If you activate rush via item (boots, etc.), and then immediately get frozen, you're still allowed to rush an enemy. Doing so moves you, as per a normal rush, and does damage, as per a normal rush, but you're frozen when you get there, and frozen when you start the rush.
Not sure how this could be fixed without fixing the whole item activated move order thing, hum.

It's very annoying how canceling a targeted item's activation still costs you its activation cost and a turn.
