[Beta 18] Duplicate artifacts (almost?)

I've got a character who has two of the "Kor's Fall" artifact at the same time. Both staves are identical except that one does light damage and one does cold. Is that near-duplication intentional (I mean, they ARE different), or is that a loophole to fix?

Screen grabs and log files are available, but I doubt you need them for this one.
