cannot create online profile

t-engine always gives the error "profile failed to authenticate" when attempting to create a profile. issue with b16, b17, and b18. Multiple names/ multiple emails tried. Permission is allowed in firewall and tome sees when a new update is available. I've tried deleting profile directory and reinstalling. It did not fix the issue. b18 also switched to development mode so older unlockables are now no longer available. haven't tried copying old profile files manually.

First of all, try logging in one of those accounts on the ToME4 website. If that doesn't work, the account was never verified, so try registering one of those same accounts on the registration page. That will at least mean you won't have to worry about profile verification.

Also, you aren't able to login with a development mode, but I'm not sure how to fix that. If you didn't delete the entire ToME 4 directory and reinstalled over it, that could be the problem. And remember, modifying the game in any way, shape, or form will cause profiles to be disabled.

Tried logging in with attempted profiles at given address: unknown username or password error returned. Tried creating profile at given address. Appeared to be successful with message at homepage stating an email had been sent with further instructions. Email not received after 2+ hours. Tried setting up profile with different username and email. Same lack of response. Cannot log-in to these profiles through T-engine.

Game is stock, run directly from unzipped download.

Emails eventually arrived and problem is fixed. Website did crash a couple times with first attempt at logging in/password change. Maybe the problem is on that end.

Ah damned! Found & fixed (server side so it works in current beta now)
