Cant download t-engine-launcher

Cant download t-engine-launcher

When i press download button on main page it offers me to download 1.5 mb sized file which doesnt work, and when I go to http://te4.org/download it says "502 Bad Gateway".

What you mean doesnt work ?

I fixed the /download url now, thanks

that's not related to the launcher exe
