Orc Corrupter Attacking 14x in a row Bug

My lv 33 lich just died due to some bugs. I entered the first orc pride and a couple turns into the fight I started getting several lua error messages per turn, but as far as I could tell nothing was broken... Until I died. Looking at the log an Orc Corrupter cast Blood Spray 14 times in a row on me. Any thoughts/help?

Couldn't have been Stone Touch, it shouldn't work on players outside of Nightmare mode anymore due to instadeath immunity.
