List of random encounters

Does anybody know where I can find a comprehensive list of the various random encounters in the world map (e.g. the tunnels for the Trapped! quest and that place where you have to rescue the lady from the altar)? Some information about the prerequisites for each encounter (e.g. what level I need to be, where I need to look etc.) would also be appreciated.
