Order for Far East dungeons?

#1 Post by noxnoctum »

So what's the best order to do the far east stuff in? I've only gotten over there once and got killed pretty quickly in the armory.

It really depends on the specific character. I usually do Vor Armoury (skipping one room), Briagh's Lair, then go west again, then mage/wyrmic/undead/fighter prides in that order, maybe with the random dungeons thrown in after the mage pride.

Yeah, it seems like a cop-out answer, but it really does depend on your character. Same for the West. But you should always do Ardhugol first, and do the Underwater Caves before you return West again (always save the best water-breathing equipment or equipment that takes away your need for air, as the Underwater Caves don't have breathing bubbles, so amulets of the fish, anything of the depths or of the deep, --- of unlife, etc.)

I usually do spider dungeon, underwater cave, shadow crypt and orc breeding pits in any order.
I'd say in order of difficulty it goes spider-> orc pits -> underwater -> crypt. After that Vor Armory, Briagh lair and then go back west (don't do the prides until you've come back from the west). As for the prides, it all depends on your strengths and weaknesses but Rak'Shor is the hardest one.

I got to the Far East and met that crazy alchemist guy. He sent me off to vor armory, but I couldn't find it on the main map. I wandered about and can only find entrances to: the shadow crypt, underwater cave, orc breeding pit, Gates of the Morning, unremarkable cave and the spider cave thing which I just finished.

Any ideas?

Vor Armory is near the Vor pride: the most north-east corner of the East map.

I have destroyed the orc prides, but I need a few more levels before going to the high peaks. Where can I go?

That's what I am doing, but they don't seem to provide a whole lot of experience.

Careful; farportal bosses can be extremely dangerous. What level are you right now?

They aren't extremely dangerous anymore, and they give less xp.
