Just found this little "non-artifact" staff

I've never found an "of wizardry" staff. I wonder if they drop only at certain levels. I would start making the appropriate sacrafices to the RNG ASAP!

I have found better...
I found one that was better than the awakened staff of absorption...

it was about 35 spellpower and +5 or so to each and about 100 mana...

but I still took the artifact staff, just because I could.

I've found a shocking Dragonbone staff of wizardry (lightning) before that was +6 mag, +6 wis that did +20% lightning damage. On hit was dealing about 350 per hit.

I don't remember the spell power boost or spell crit but I do remember the spell power was more than 20. Oddly enough it only gave about 20 mana.
