Artifacts

I know someone else mentioned that they'd seen artifacts in stores. I've never seen one in a store but I just found the phial in the Old Forest. I've also found the blood of life in the Troll Shaws.

Are there any set artifacts in the game like T2.x?

Edit: Oops. I forgot about the level boss drops. So far I've beaten the troll, skeleton mage, and Old Man Willow. I also just snagged a Ring of Ulmo. It has stats, resists, and lets you do a tidal wave every once in a while.

The only set artifacts are the dungeon boss ones.
And then there are some more that are randomly generated

In my last game the Blood of Life was in the potion shop during my first visit to Bree (CL2). Would this affect it's generation in the dungeon?

I just found the 'ever-refilling potion of mana' on level 1, with a new character.
Sadly, I died.

It's probably just a mana potion that you can use multiple times with a cool down effect. Something that I love, along with the long scrolls.

Not multiple times.. Endless, according to the description.
It's name's color was also yellow, indicating it as an artefact.

it, like other activatible artifacts, has a amount of "mana" (90, I think), and when you use it, it uses that rather than consume the potion. this replenishes over time, making it have a cooldown essentially. so it is endless, but you still have to wait.
