Not the most powerful there is but considering it dropped early in the sandworm tunnels, quite nice:
By the way is there an easier way of grabbing the stats then a screenshot? In SVN so it's not in the character vault.

This + Core of the Forge I found in the Peak raised my bump damage all the way to 600+ I can only guess what it would be if Psyblade master actually worked...

For my solipsist, found on high peak 7. The highest ever mental save I've seen on an item: +70 !!!!
My saves are now 95, 92, 99 - I can't believe I got them so high. I can drop my wild infusion perhaps, but I'm not sure which talents ignore saves altogether.

Just found a nice randart, 'Gloleta', a pair of voratun gloves with +1 Str and nothing else. What a keeper!
The blurb says 'powered by arcane forces, crafted by a master', it seems both the enchanter and the master smith were a bit lazy on this one. Yet Gloleta was worth 7.50 gold at the transmo, which is the only impressive thing about it.

2 nice ones that really helped my Yeek to win.
The first had been found in dungeon looting :

And this one is a generated 4000 gold superitem from the Last Hope merchant :

Truly great pieces of item, massive defense and massive armor, helpfull +life too for a poor squishy summoner (but that thanks to many +Con items had 1000 health by the end of the game !) , amongst the great Cunning bonus that helped to field more summons and increase critical chance.
The first had been found in dungeon looting :
