Unlocking Necromancer

From what I've heard, what's required in order to do this is having read the 4 pages of 'How To' lore and afterwards kill our favorite Necromancer girl. Is there something I'm missing? Are there more pages; have I've gotten the wrong information?

Information is correct. However you need to do that all on one character.
