origin of the weirdling beast?

#1 Post by grobblewobble »

The weirdling beast, what is it and where does it come from?

Is he the result of some unspeakable experiment that the sher'tul performed on one of their own kind? A sher'tul that became undead or corrupted by demons, perhaps? Or is he simply a demon? Or even an illusion created by the fortress to test your worth?

I always thought that it's the former owner (it looks like Sher'Tul), gone mad from corruption or isolation.

It is entirely composed of wild speculation.

That's obviously a possibility. But then what happened to him? It's description says it has no head.. something must have gone terribly wrong.

Sher'Tul don't have heads.

And I don't think there's a canon answer but if there was I bet it would be your first guess.

(Thread should go in spoilers)
