Hi,
I've heard and read that once Sher'Tul is unlocked there is a room where items can be dropped and they won't disappear. Then I guess other characters on my account can also access that room to get the items so it's possible to pass between characters (I'm a donor by the way although for some reason Stone Warden didn't unlock for me not sure why but my name shows up green in chat in-game).
I also read something about a transmogrification box. What is this?
Will other characters need to reach the level needed to unlock Sher'Tul (I assume around 20) in order to access the items there? I'm trying to figure out what items to hold in inventory on my level 16 character to pass to other characters. If they can't get the item until level 20 then probably nothing I have is worth passing to them, but if there is a way for other characters on the account to access items earlier then maybe I should hold some of these items until I unlock Sher'Tul.
I'd appreciate any explanation.
Thanks!

Actually, item's won't disappear from any vault - most vaults are rooms where you had a dialogue box appear asking you if you really wanted to open the door. The Sher'Tul vault is unique in that it automatically sorts your stuff according to type.I've heard and read that once Sher'Tul is unlocked there is a room where items can be dropped and they won't disappear.
That's the special item vault where depending on the amount donated, you get squares where you can drop items for other of your characters to pick up. That's what I heard anyway, not using it myself. Then I guess other characters on my account can also access that room to get the items so it's possible to pass between characters
It's an item you get when you unlock Sher'Tul, and after that all your new characters will have it. It turns items into gold, so you won't have to go to shops anymore.I also read something about a transmogrification box. What is this?
Yes, they will have to fight the Wyrmling beast. What level you need to be depends a lot on your class - I usually have an easy time with mages, but recently lost a brawler to it...Will other characters need to reach the level needed to unlock Sher'Tul (I assume around 20) in order to access the items there?
That's something you can worry about later, I'd focus on surviving the fight first. If they can't get the item until level 20 then probably nothing I have is worth passing to them
Ghoul never existed, this never happened!

Re: Inventory Management
The fortress is at the bottom of Lake Nur, which is itself located at the end of the Old Forest. I'd advise taking the dive around level 15.
The Fortress has a storage room that automatically sorts your items. Items here never disappear, and they're much more convenient to access than items in dungeon vaults, since you can upgrade your Rod of Recall to take you to the Fortress (from there, you can teleport back to the world map). Branching off from the southern side of the storage room is a short corridor that leads to an orb. This orb lets you share items between characters.
