Is there a good wiki or website for this game?
Some place that lists all the areas, what your options are in each, and that sort of thing?
I keep trying to search stuff up in the forums, but I rarely find any actual answers.
Right now, I'm at the Ring of Blood. I'm trying to find out what options I have, and what the rewards are for each.
But the forums don't seem to have much about it other than bug complaints about this or that.

There is a wiki:
http://te4.org/wiki/tome4
If you want spoilers, I suggest you look into the actual game files, it contains *.lua files of all zones and monsters etc.
The game files are your spoilers until the wiki is improved. This will probably not be done until the game is out of beta, since to many things are changing to copy them from the files to the wiki each edition.

The in-game chat is probably your best source for fast and (mostly) accurate information, if you have access. There is a spoiler channel if you feel uncomfortable asking openly, although it doesn't get used much.
Sorry about all the parentheses (sometimes I like to clarify things).

The official wiki that's part of the main site doesn't really have much of use in there unfortunately.

Yeah, I was kind of disappointed in it as well, compared to other fan wikis like Minecraft, Terraria or DoomRL.
On the other hand, it lets you discover more for yourself.

But... I don't want to discover it for myself. That's kinda the whole point of going to the wiki. :p

Kids these days, so spoiled.
Information junkies, that is what they are ^_^.

Lots of people moaning, no one doing anything about it ;)
IRC channel is also a good source of info.

Generally, I find that people on the in-game channels answer most questions real fast, unless your question is totally bizarre or you're on at an odd hour and nobody is on.
Re: Is there a good wiki or website for this game?
If you want to bulk out the spoiler content of the wiki, try putting in a few things that you yourself have discovered, then make a post encouraging others to do the same. Right now, the wiki suffers because it doesn't have much in the way of info, which means that people don't go there much, which means people don't post there much, which means there's not a lot of info.
Re: Is there a good wiki or website for this game?
I don't think that there's really content missing - it's just not easily available. What the wiki needs are 'portal' sites, linking to dungeons, towns, classes, races, talents, maps etc. Dungeons should be listed with level range from spoilers, locations, relevant quests, bosses with the stats, etc. Also, those nice information boxes with additional links at the bottom.
For example, I was searching for an overview of all available starter towns and a list of dungeons. Couldn't find anything.
Example from DoomRL for portals.
Proper starting page:
http://doom.chaosforge.org/wiki/DoomRL_Wiki
now we're looking for boss enemies, so we use that portal:
http://doom.chaosforge.org/wiki/Enemies
and here we are:
http://doom.chaosforge.org/wiki/Angel_of_Death
Or, with data from ToME, a useful list.
What I data dumped yesterday:
http://te4.org/blogs/pndrev/2011/09/spo ... evel-range
should be organised like:
http://www.wowwiki.com/Zones_by_level
An entry should automatically link to other content in the same category:
http://wiki.terrariaonline.com/Wooden_Bow
links to all other bows, could also link to all other 'wood' tier weapons. It does link to all applicable categories.
I think that most of this (generation of proper index page, categories, portals) would be automatic or at least not difficult using an already developed and well-used wiki system.
I'd really like to help, but I'm already maintaining another wiki for my pen&paper roleplaying group and can't anything done due to chronic shortage of free time.
