Things to do with sand worm queen's heart

Is there anything to do with sand worm queen's heart besides eat it? I already unlocked Wyrmic.

It gives you a free (extra) level up basically. Some stat points and talent points

Eat it again, it's one of the best rewards in the game imo.

I play ping pong with it and one of the pyromancers in Angolwen, myself.

Err... yeah, I eat it. Very nice little piece of meat.
