Got second Orbs of many ways - is it normal or bug?

Seems I got two from Tannen, or may be from Tannen and his golem. Is it intentional?

Got to the final battle and all the time the second orb was functioning exactly like the first - I've tried them interchangeably.

That sounds like a bug. Did you let Tannen keep the orb when you visited him the first time? If you ask for it back, he gives you a fake one instead.

One has a typo. If you use that one it's imperfection will spread to other items and you'll see more and more typos appear!! (Not really but it sounds good).

Nop, I didn't trust him Seems after killing him I got both, and both were working...
