Zones and quests

Hello,

Like the title says, what different quests and zones are there? I know I have done most of them, and finished the game, but I also know I did not do all. Post below what quests/zones you know there are.

It would also be nice if there would be a place, like the wiki, where this info can be found.

Once I know all the zones and quests there are, I can actually play them ;D.
