Beware of ancient ruins in v19

Grzzlk tentacled horror meet me there. I've killed couple of tentacles and run - after each fight I was at 15% of health. Decided to retreat.

He can spawn anywhere that meets his level requirements.

Returned after couple of levels and killed it. For some reason he was not throwing burning hex that time. Mabby my spellsave was better
