candy corn: quest of a thousand imaginary magicians

The title is subject to change, since it's a silly thing I made up on the spot.

candy corn/cc is a module that basically is coming from me taking the example module, and just 'building' from it, adding stuff as I go, to try and add as much as I can really figure out how to add.

Basically, this is what I have so far... a lot of stuff that "didn't work" I turned into comments, for later use. You may have seen my asking for help with this stuff on chat before, usually using the name "GhastlyMeme". Help with anything "commented out" here would be appreciated.

I call that version "PreAlpha1".

Features that aren't in the example template include
-Lava and water rooms (Nothing happens in them, really. At the moment it's just asthetics and variety, but that may change.)
-Acid blast changed to "fire blast", turned red.
-New monsters include kobolds, grid bugs, golem, bears.
-Class names: scout and pyro. I may possibly base every class off of the TF2 classes, but maybe not.
-Various battleaxes, I'm not sure if they really do anything though.
-Inventory/equip system (very, very basic)
-5 levels below the starting floor, there is a purple stairs that lead to the forest zone. The forest zone is big and dark, and has a few big green trees.

any feedback, balancing help, or help on making the "commented out" stuff work would be appreciated. (a note - a lot of the commented out stuff was done a while ago and I haven't revisited it, so the errors may be obvious, i am better with lua now than i was then.) yes, i am aware the game is kind of overly hard at the moment. PLEASE ENABLE CHEATS (see the debugging page on the Te4 wiki) as I am still working to balance it and you won't get to see much of the tiny amount of stuff there is unless you ressurect yourself.

Nice start!

There is not much to really comment on yet but it's a good start; oh yeah I'd say: make the tooltip appear in a corner instead of under the mouse on the map, it's annoying :)

yeah, i overestimated filedropper's file support. it didn't really tell me it would be removing links...

...however, the next version is coming out soon. So, when i upload that I will find a better hosting solution.

Package your game as a .team (look at ToME's team file to see the structrue, it's easy; just a renamed zip file) and you can upload your game on te4.org
