sick peter (The only roguelike made for the Molyjam!)

#1 Post by Grey »

I went to the London Molyjam yesterday and made a T-Engine game in 5 hours. For those that don't know, the Molyjam was a 48-hour game jam held this weekend in diffferent locations across the world, where you had to make a game based on the tweets of the parody tweeter "Peter Molydeux". Coolest of all was that Peter Molyneux himself turned up at the London jam, watched us all make our games, and gave us personal congratulations at the end!

My game is called sick peter, and is about a terminally ill 4-year old Jewish boy, looking for his lost mother in Nazi-occupied Holland. It's primarily a stealth adventure, as you must avoid guards finding you (since you can't attack them) whilst you get weaker and weaker. You can get the game from here:

Video of me presenting at the Game Jam (around 8:44:00 mark):

Quite a few people were asking about what engine I made the game in - I gave a full advertisement for the T-Engine of course :)

Well done!
[tome] joylove: You can't just release an expansion like one would release a Kraken XD
