Thaumathurgist multicaster should select spells

Right now learning spells expand the pool that Multicaster selects from so it favors Chain Lightning heavily. I feel like it should allow you to select the spell like Arcane Combat. It'll be a buff but then the alternative is that the tree's a bit too narrow right now in terms of build potential because of the mechanic.
