but then shadow's path deals 294 damage per shadow off of 100 mindpower at effective level 6.5
but then, here comes this guy; i see this guy, come in at full hp, and then, suddenly, on the next turn im at -200 hp and dead after only 3 out of 4 shadows hit me with shadow's path, and then I used my blood of life

look at how unbelievably hard that shadow's path hits, per shadow
thats a combined 3280.8 damage from all 4 shadows, and I don't even know if it can crit or not
and then, for comparsion, heres its willful strike

only 441 damage
according to the provided comparison from tometips, shadow's path only deals ~3 times more damage than willful strike, but on that NPC, shadow's path deals ~7.4 times more damage than willful strike, which leads me to this conclusion:
shadow's path scales too hard with talent levels compared to other doomed talents
as such, I ask that shadow's path be nerfed so that it doesn't scale so damn hard; I've lost more than 1 guy to this single, ridiculously powerful ability thats even more dangerous than emergency steam purge was before it got nerfed to not be able to crit
also, these screenshots are from 1.7.0, and, now that I think about it, you should check cursed bolt's scaling too; I forgot to mouse over that guy's cursed bolt before I killed him
