On my computer, some Full Screen effect is a bit too intense, which makes hard to firgure out what is happening on the map.
Lightning Speed and Unstoppable is the most notable instance of them. When player is using them, mostly the player want to concentrate on the battle, but the effect is too strong that it is distracting player's attention. It's a bit strange since Lightning speed already get an visual indication, and Movement Infusion does not have effect like this.
Stealth and Invisible is milder example of them if change is going to make on them. However, it seems that they would change the brightness of the screen, which would be strange in case of invisible: Why the world will be brigher when I was invisible?
Confusion is yet another one. I belilieve it was designed to make player notice it's status problem, but the blur is also making it more tiring to focus at the battlefield and trying to escape/battle. The stack of Confusion and Lightning Speed will make you screen really hard to read, but Wyrmric would really need Lightning Speed to escape when under Confusion. The sleep effect is okay since you can't act anyway, but player still need to fight and make decision when under confusion effect, so it would be better to act in a milder way, like the level of stun/daze.
No healing will trigger a green warning. However, some effect with no_healing have their own meaning, like Frozen and Unstoppable, that should not be confused with normal healing reduction. In fact, the most common case I see this effect happen in place is Frozen, that I believe some player like me will treat it like the indication of Frozen. For example, it would be better that Frozen would get their own ice-themed blue notification, instead of the poison-themed green. It will also eliminate the Red theme of Unstoppable and make the screen become gray themed. Some effect like Healing Nexus will not trigger this effect, despite it would effectly stop you from healing. Also for Insidious Poison or Impending Doom: reducing you healing factor to a lower enough value is already deadly enough for you, but they will not benefit from this warning, making it meaning even more odd. Sadly, this indication does not stack well with low hp warning that it will make you can't see the low hp warning.
Hope those some of those full screen effect would be lightened, or hopefully remade into some more indicative ones.
