The problem is that rares and bosses which normally have a large pool of resource are more than happy to steam purge for 1k+ damage, which can really escalate to ridiculousness in the late game, considering tinker classes have some very strong talents to begin with anyway (and they seem to spawn far more often than other classes in rares for me for some reason).
Steam as resource and steampower inscriptions (if you can call them that) so far have very minimal way they are affected by other means. Would be nice if say cold damage and whatnot would reduce or somehow detrimentally affect steamtech and steam as resource.
Add a way to control enemy's steam resource
