Make Ben Cruthdar feel pain

I guess this isn't exactly a bug, but Ben Cruthdar is perfectly content to keep hacking away at the lumberjacks and ignoring the player even as he's pelted with destructive magic and reduced to 50% of his hit points. With the recent AI update, surely he can do better?

At least it's better than in 1.5, where boss-ranked peasants would often kill him before you could reach him.
