A skill or skillset that allows a single stat on a randomly generated item of any rarity to be replaced with any stat the user chooses, but the replacement stat remains at the strength of the original. Doing so 'exhausts' the item to any further changes. Could be an unlock corresponding to the crafty hands prodigy?
