I like that mummies possess Shalore racial talents… especially Secret of the Eternals and Timeless. It's thematic and makes sense. However, the first two skills don't make a ton of sense to me as I always picture mummies as a bit more defensive in nature.
To that end, I propose that mummies lose the first two Shalore racials and gain two of their own:
1. Curse of the Mummy...
Passive skill that causes anyone who attacks the mummy to have to save against magic or potentially suffer one of three magical diseases: Decrepitude, Rotting, or Weakness.
2. Eternal Pursuit…
Reduces movement speed by 15% but grants the mummy the ability to "see" anyone that has ever damaged it anywhere on the map. More so, the mummy gains a bonus of 20% to all damage for 5 turns.
I think this would make mummies more interesting… thoughts?
Mummy racials… some new skills, some old.

1) Once per turn. If this happens with every attack, well... I've had combat logs where hitting one button resulted in over 50 seperate combat messages. I don't want to make that many saves.
2) Does this activate every time it's hurt, or only the first time? And if more than once, how long is the CD?

I'm not crying. I'm offering a sacrifice to DarkGod in hopes he'll show favor to me.
