Please make Displacement Shield cost less mana

Can we get the mana cost on this adjusted so it's more competitive with Time Shield? 70 mana is really steep and I find myself most wanting to use this talent early game before I get good shielding runes. Which is when I can least afford it.

done, reduced to 40

Well it also scales quite poorly in the late game for classes with no Aegis, even with high Magic.
