Trap mastery currently scales with raw talent level, which I found out after investing extra cat point. I know traps are already good, but they do become slightly less useful late game and this would make them a little more powerful.
I am not sure if they previously scaled with effective talent level and this was changed to raw for some reason. Do others feel they are already strong enough?
I have been trying to play purely trapping/swift-hands rogue and noticed the extra damage would help.
