alright got a class idea for a gravity manipulating chronomancer warrior
idea for its lore is basically
the story of the order of muscle wizards starts with that of a rather incompetent paradox mage.
one day while adventuring through trollmire he managed to get caught in a corner by a troll and in his panic fumbled a gravity spell.
as the unharmed troll advanced for the killing blow the mage tripped sending his staff into the beasts chin which to everyone's surprise sent the troll flying only to fall and impale itself on a tree.
the paradox mage amazed at how easily a single spell had felled the troll dedicated his life to the study of gravity manipulation and its applications for augmenting physical combat eventually creating the order of muscle wizards.
if you got a better idea for this classes lore post bellow
especially the name
paradox/stamina based with str, con, mag or will build(undecided which of the two to use)
with talents based around the manipulation of gravity to enhance martial prowess to let you do things like
leap tall buildings in a single bound, fly, feel completely weightless in massive Armour, run faster from aforementioned weightlessness, dual wield two handed weapons, spike the weight of your blows for massive damage, never trigger traps, reducing your opponents weight leaving them to float helplessly in midair, introducing your weightless foes to the stratosphere, reintroducing your foes to eyal at several times their original weight, use gravity to manipulate air pressure to manipulate winds, depressurizing your foes into bloody explosions, knocking foes around like balloons, avoiding damage by riding the force of your opponents attacks, dropping onto foes like a ton of bricks
so yeah class should have very powerfull meele crits from spiking the weight of your blows,
great mobility from move speed boost and some good mobility talents,
and mass utilization of foes as projectiles
so here is some trees and if you guys have any ideas for gravity talents or talents requiring such ludicrous levels of sheer strength one would normally consider them impossible post here
chronomancy/gravitational warfare class unlocked 1.3
battle style based on manipulating your own weight
effortless infantry passive
lowering gravitys effects on you lets you dual wield two handed weapons at 50% damage investment improves damage, lowers fatigue, increases encumbrance, and lowers knock back resist
moonwalk passive
you become accustomed to low gravity movement passively increases move speed by 50 at cap and serves as an active jump ability
thousand pound spike sustain or passive with paradox cost per proc
you learn to massively increase the weight of your blows just before impact gain massive crit damage mod and your phys crits deal area of effect phys damage gain crit chance with talent level
ride the force sustain
whenever you would take more than ?% life in one blow you can avoid half the damage by riding the force of the blow halves damage in exchange for taking knock back dependent on damage
chronomancy/pressurization control 1.3 unlocked
air goes from high pressure to low pressure and gravity controls pressure
gravity tower active
you create a column of anti-gravity on the target the low pressure creating a powerful updraft catapulting your weightless foe into the air until they crash down far away from you.
will include a melee attack if within range, falling foes take more damage the larger they are, area of effect damage on fall, at level three does direct bleed damage, at level five you can target the foe, knockback.
vacuum slash active
swing your weapons projecting a blade of sharpened air does phys + bleed + knockback at level three it gets a chance of inflicting the falling down to earth effect from gravity tower
hurricane ride active
ride a torrent of wind to the target location releasing the winds in a destructive cyclone at the location
movement that does damage to any foes between you and your target location at level three gains chance to inflict falling
momentous ascent sustain
you purposefully knot the temporal threads maintaining your weightlessness to explosively catapult you into the air before failing when this sustain is deactivated either intentionally or from your health going below 20% it will teleport you leaving behind an explosion of phys and bleed damage.
chronomancy/infinite strength 1.3 class unlocked
punt active
make your foe weightless and then punt them into the air
low damage but at level three you can aim them
like a ton of bricks active
exert massive gravitational forces on an opponent dealing phys damage and pin as well as a melee attack if within range
if target is in midair the increased weight and downward force will make them hit the ground instantly for powerful area of effect damage.
earthquake strike active
crack the earth beneath you with a massive blow and gravity wave the ruins at your enemies burying them with a cone of phys damage + pin chance, will break walls.
meteor rider active
propel yourself and a sizable chunk of earth into the air and then ride that meteor into your foe area of effect phys
gains fire damage that turns the ground to lava at higher levels does not need a target.
chronomancy/flight 1.3 locked
sure flapping your arms doesn't displace nearly enough air to lift the human body but since when did your weight stop being optional
fly active
flap your arms to propel yourself over your foes stamina cost and cooldown time scale with distance traveled the only drawback of this is it makes you look ridiculous.
passively gain 25 move speed from investment at cap
bombing run active
target a foe to pickup and target a place to drop them standard drop area of effect damage plus move same stamina cost and cooldown scaling as fly with additional cooldown and paradox cost
high dive active
jump high above your enemy before spiking the gravity of your weapons guaranteed critical strike on foe but you have to let go of your weapons on impact in order to keep your arms same fly stamina scaling plus base stamina and paradox
gravitational micromanagement passive
your micromanagement of gravitational forces improves your movespeed by 25 at cap as well as reducing your stamina costs and the cooldown of this trees active abilities.

Re: gravity manipulating chronomancer warrior class
You might want to take a look at the Heavy class in the Nullpack addon.
Re: gravity manipulating chronomancer warrior class
I looked at heavy and they are a chronomantic warrior with gravity but they don't seem to tap into the power of gravity manipulation nearly as well as they could I mean why crush your foe into the dirt when you can lift them over head throw them at their friends and them apply the massive crushing force right before they fall on their allies
Re: gravity manipulating chronomancer warrior class
One idea I really like out of this is: avoiding damage by riding the force of your opponents attacks
Maybe make a sustain/active shield that will reduce any physical/ice/fire/nature/acid/anything else that could be seen as imparting any level of physical force (i.e. not time, darkness, mind, probably not light, maybe not arcane) by X%, and knocking you back a certain distance based on the raw damage absorbed (meaning 50% of a 500 dmg hit would throw you back farther than 50% of a 100 dmg hit). If you hit a wall, you take another 30% of the damage. If you hit another character (ally or enemy), you and they split that 30% (15% each). Then, tie it with a gravity rush attack that deals more damage the more distance you cover, and has a low cooldown, so you can run it like: hit enemy, get hit away taking 1/2 damage, hit the enemy harder as you rush back to them, rinse, repeat.
At the same time, though, I'd suggest avoiding any idea of manipulating orbit around Maj'Eyal. Just flying is already pushing it in terms of thematic power, but if you're talking orbital levels, that's ridiculous. If applied to the warrior, they could fly anywhere in the world in an instant (assuming they can survive in a vacuum). If applied to other objects, it means they could manipulate gravity at dozens of miles away (up in this case). Maybe make something that puts debris in orbit around YOU, granting a % chance to intercept any incoming damage completely (kind of like a cross between Bone Shield and Displacement Shied) while also granting on-hit and when-hit melee damage based on the amount of debris.
Kicking the enemy around like balloons also gives an interesting possibility. If you combine this with movement speed buffs, the aforementioned gravity rush, the rolling-with-the-punches shield, and maybe something like the Kinetic Leap (Gravity Leap? Moon Jump?) pseudo-teleport, this could be a huge mobility-based heavy warrior class.

Gravity manipulating class...do you mean your mom? ZING!

Re: gravity manipulating chronomancer warrior class
yeah kinda thought getting stuff to orbit you may be a bit much I'll just move that ride the force thing into orbits place and call it good.
yeah thematically the class is meant to be an insanely mobile class with a good move speed buff and a bunch of active mobility options. combined with the using enemies as projectiles thing playstyle will probably end up being kind of a blitzkreig high damage over a small period before running away to recover thing.
also anyone have any idea how to code dual wielding two handers I don't really have any code examples to work with here.
